Apply everywhere liberally twice a day for 4 months to restore levels.  Apply extra on painful areas as often as desired.  Use extra on the feet at bedtime.  After the 4 month period, you may use as needed.  Do not use near eyes or private areas.  Can be applied with your favorite lotion or oil.
